Сompliance audit for Integrated Management System

Ekoplast LLC strives for continual improvement and always stays in tune with the changing expectations of the markets.

Thus, the compliance audit for IMS of quality (ISO 9001:2015) and food safety (ISO/TS 22002 - 4:2013) and new certification scheme FSSC 22000 version 4.1 category “I” was performed by QS Cert – Ukraine B.V. in July 2018. The audit proved Ekoplast LLC IMS stays align with the strict requirements of international standards and certification scheme.

The prime focus of the audit was directed to the risk analysis affecting products quality and food safety. The auditor noticed high level of performance efficiency at Ekoplast LLC manufacturing site, the customer service and underlined company’s improved methodology of the risk analysis.

Besides the conformation of company’s compliance, the audit is aimed to find out spheres for the further amendment. Till the end of 2018 Ekoplast LLC is intended to improve its TACCP. Threat Assessment Critical Control Point (Vulnerability Assessment and Critical Control Points) HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) procedures.
